MAZAYA has been designed to closely engage with our loyal customers to understand them better and express our appreciation through special discount on purchases, attractive benefits and rewards.

How MAZAYA Works

Apply

Any resident within the countries of Zohoor Alreef, Le Verger Shop or Durance stores presence and above the age of 18 is eligible to apply for the MAZAYA. Application can be made through any of the following option

  • Zohoor Alreef, Le Verger Shop, Durance stores
  • Online (www.mymazaya.com)
  • I Phone application (app store link)
  • Android application (play store link)

The Membership is classified into three categories as

  • Primary
    The first time members are allotted Primary membership. At this category the members would earn reward points on each purchase. The members could redeem these points against gifts which are available for redemption.
  • Special
    Once the Primary members have made a cumulative purchase over the value of SAR 1000 (or equivalent in other currencies) are automatically upgraded to the Special membership. The new Special card would be dispatched to the preferred collection store of the member. The Special members are also now eligible for a special 10% discount on every subsequent purchase along with the reward points.
  • Royal
    Once the Special members have made a cumulative purchase over the value of SAR 3000 (or equivalent in other currencies) within one year, they are automatically upgraded to the Royal membership. The new Royal card would be dispatched to the preferred collection store of the member. The Royal members are now eligible for a special 15% discount on every subsequent purchase along with the reward points. Also the Royal members could every year recommend one person of their choice to be added as a Royal member directly..

On receiving the membership card, the members can go online (www.mymazaya.com) and activate their online account.

The members are also eligible to give the additional sub cards to one of their family or friends.

The membership would become inactive if there are no transactions against the account for over a period of 12 months. In such a situation the members would require to contact our Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or info@mymazaya.com to request for a reactivation of the account.

Accumulate

On every in-store purchase, the members need to present their membership card during checkout to avail the rewards points for Primary/Special/Royal members and special discounts for Special/Royal members.
For on line purchases, the member needs to ensure that his/her membership ID has been mentioned in his/her e-commerce purchase account. The member has to be a logged into his/her account during purchases to avail reward points only.
The members would be able to view and manage their accumulated rewards points and the current points available for redemption in their online membership account at (www.mymazaya.com).

Apart from purchases members are also rewarded with bonus points on various activities in their account as mentioned below

  • Completing the various sections of membership profile
  • Providing Feedback on service, products, store locations etc.
  • Social Media activities for instance sharing or liking on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Registering of genuine complaints.
  • Participation in Surveys.
  • Introduce new members

The accumulated points are valid for redemption only for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redeem

The reward points accumulated by the members could be used to redeem various Gifts available for redemption on the site (www.mymazaya.com).
The customers could log into the web application or mobile application and select the required gifts for redemption. The cost of each gift in terms of points is mentioned below the gift. Once the request for redemption has been sent, the CRM team would process and dispatch the gift to the customer preferred Zohoor Alreef outlet for collection.
The redemption requests received before the 25th of each month would be processed in the same month and any request received on or after the 25th would be processed in the following month.
The members would be able to tract their request on their account.
Redemption could only be started after 14 days from the date of first registration and the members should have minimum 500 valid rewards points in their account.
The members are required to present a valid photo ID card while collecting the gifts from the stores.

The gifts which are available for redemption could be

  • Selection from Zohoor Alreef/LVS/Durance products.
  • Selection of VIP gifts bought specifically for loyal customers e.g. Vanity bags, accessories etc.
  • 3rd party gifts: air tickets, hotel rooms, watches, club memberships etc.

Special Benefits

Apart from the gifts which the members could redeem against their earned reward points, the members are also eligible to various additional benefits based on their membership category like

  • Bonus Gifts for top performing members.
  • Gifts during specific occasion (Ramadan, wedding, events etc.).
  • Monthly Newsletter with beauty tips.
  • Additional point by participating and winning in competitions.
  • VIP invites to special events (Royal members).
